How much does window cleaning cost?+
One-time cleanings start at $275 for homes under 20 panes and scale by pane count up to $595 for 81 to 100 panes. Anything over 101 panes gets a custom quote. Every maintenance plan knocks $50 to $100 off each cleaning.
What counts as a pane?+
One pane is one piece of glass. A double hung window with two sashes counts as two panes. We count them with you on the walkthrough so the quote you get is the price you pay.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?+
Most eastern Idaho homes do best on three cleanings a year. Pollen in the spring, dust and sprinkler spotting through summer, then a fall clean before the weather turns. If your home is shaded or sheltered, bi-annual is plenty.
What's the difference between the plans?+
Reactive is bi-annual with $50 off each cleaning. Smart + Balanced is tri-annual with $75 off and keeps buildup from getting ahead of you. Premium is quarterly with $100 off plus unlimited touch ups between visits.
What if it rains right after you clean?+
That's what the rain spot guarantee is for. If rain spots your glass within 7 days of service, we come back and touch it up. Premium plan members get unlimited touch ups, no window of time at all.
Do you clean screens, tracks and sills?+
Yes, and it's included, not an upsell. Screens get brushed, tracks and sills get vacuumed and wiped, frames get towel finished. Streaky edges and gritty tracks are how you spot a rushed job.
Can you get hard water spots off?+
Usually. Sprinkler overspray and mineral staining respond well to our restoration process as long as the glass isn't permanently etched. We'll tell you honestly which one you're dealing with before charging you for it.
Do I need to be home for service?+
Not for exterior work. We text you when we're on the way and leave a service report. Interior cleaning gets scheduled whenever works for you.
