Agreement
By requesting service from Stoked Window Cleaning, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
Services
We provide window cleaning services in eastern Idaho and Teton Valley. Specific pane counts, frequencies, and guarantees are described in your quote and service agreement.
Guarantee & touch ups
Our Rain Spot Guarantee applies to all cleanings. If rain leaves spots on your glass within 7 days of service, we'll come back and touch it up at no charge. Premium plan members get unlimited touch ups between visits.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring plans are billed on the schedule described in your service agreement. Late payments may incur a fee.
Cancellation
You can cancel any plan at any time by phone or email. There are no cancellation fees.
Limitations
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, failing seals, structural issues, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific cleaning in question.
